Service
Autena provides call handling and booking assistance for clinics on a subscription basis (Night, Day+, or 24/7).
Billing
Free setup. Billing begins only after your first 10 handled calls. Plans include minute bundles with transparent overage.
Acceptable use
Clinics remain responsible for lawful use, including any clinical advice or triage policies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected period.
